The horses are all sweethearts, the owners are great, the staff are amazing, and the grounds are breathtaking! Upon entering the gates be sure to say hi to two of our Gypsy Horses, Legacy and Lad, as you drive up to the barn. There is a 35 stall barn with an attached, and heated, indoor arena and round pen. The indoor and outdoor arenas both get groomed daily, so the footing is great. Legacy Ridge is only a few minute ride from the gates to the Blackfoot Provincial Recreation Area. The Cooking Lake - Blackfoot Provincial Recreation Area includes 170 kms (105 miles) of maintained walking, hiking, mountain biking, equestrian, nordic skiing, snowshoeing and dog sledding trails. So the best trail riding around is only moments away! Legacy Ridge is safe and secure with alarm systems and gates to keep your horse friend secure.
